The unit itself is very nice, it seems good quality as do the tyre sensors. Installation and setup was strightforward enough. It seems to work as designed and is proving very useful. The spanner provided for removing the sensor is Ok on the front wheel though on the rear wheel with a 90 degree valve it is difficult on smaller wheels due to lack of space. (15 scooter wheel) It encourages you to not inflate your tyres for tiny amounts of adjustment.

The biggest grumble and dislike for me is the handlebar fitting kit, although it does the job it is all cheap plastic and looks ugly, the adjustment band needs trimming after fitment to stop the strap sticking up in the air. This is not a cheap item and Chigee should make more of an effort with their fitting kit. When the alarm goes off it it external to the helmet and difficult to hear wearing ear plugs.

Chigee should enable connection to bluetooth headsets Etc to enable much better warnings when reuired for the rider. A quality and accurate TPMS system.

I thought it might be a bit cheap quality for the price, but I was wrong! It's high quality, very accurate and a cost effective retro fit safety accessory.

8 April 2025 by Mark. Easy to fit and set up, the valve caps don't cause any leaks. Seems like a good bit of kit for giving an early heads up and letting you know if something is amiss with one of your tyres.

My biggest gripe would be that it doesn't give you an accurate pressure reading from cold, it just displays the last reading it took when you parked the bike up. You have to ride the bike about 100 meters down the road before it updates itself with the current pressure. Great tool, but certainly no replacement for manually checking your tyre pressures regularly. 4 September 2024 by Rick.

Bought this to replace a garmin external TPMS which had been intermittently working, hoping that this would be more consistent. First impressions pretty good and easy to set up, bringing a bit of peace of mind on big days out. My only niggle - slightly disappointed with the plastic mounts provided.

Admittedly, it appears that there is a tripod thread in the back of the unit, so will explore that avenue if the plastic doesn't last. Overall 4/5 if it had a better mount easily 5/5 all day long. SPORTSBIKESHOP LTD is registered in England No.
