Te3la and select EV models. Dified vehicles with non-standard tire or sensor configurations.Certain specialty or oversized tires with unique sensor requirements. NOTE:Autel MX-Sensor must be programmed with Autel TPMS tools before installation. 2 Options to Program Autel MX TPMS Sensor With Autel TPMS Tools.
Copy by OBD (no need to relearn): you can use this programming method provided that the vehicle has an OBD II port and uses a direct TPMS system. Pull the old sensor ID stored in ECU, and write it directly into your MX sensor. Uto Create 1-20 MX-Sensors (need the relearn procedure): when you have no way to get the old sensor ID, don't worry. Select the make/model/year in the Autel TPMS tool's built-in car support list, gener3te a matched sensor ID, and then program the brand-new sensor ID into the Autel MX sensor.
Autel MX-Sensor only programmed with Autel TPMS tools! If you're trying to program MX-sensor with a snap-on, or other brand's device, it won't work. Grab your Autel's TPMS tool and start again. Air pressure bl0cks the programming signal. The tire must be completely flat, zero PSI, before the sensor will enter learning mode.
Partially deflated won't cut it. Drop all the air out, then try again. Ou mounted the tire before programming the sensor. The correct order is following: 1 program the sensor first, 2 mount it second, 3 inflate it last. 3 Options to Relearn Autel MX 1 Sensor (Not limited with Autel Tools).
OBDII Relearn: when your car has an OBD2 (On-Board Diagnostic) system. Use the TPMS tool to connect to the OBDII port and relearn sensors.
The OBD2 system will communicate with the vehicle's ECU to relearn them and complete the process. Compatible Models: for most OBD2 cars made after 1996, provided it has an OBD2 port. Automatic Relearn: when the vehicle has the automatic TPMS relearn system. The vehicle's ECU automatically detects the new TPMS sensors and reprograms itself accordingly. You just need to drive the vehicle for like 20 minutes to complete the relearning process.Compatible Models: compatible with Ben#-z, BM-#W, Maserati, Porsche, Bentley, Chrysler, Fiat, VW, Land R0ver, and Jaguar models. Stationary Relearn: when the vehicle doesn't have the automatic TPMS relearn system.
Use the TPMS tool to tr1gger each sensor and pr. Gram it into the vehicle's ECU.
The vehicle needs to be stationary during this process. You just need to follow relearn steps.
MX-Sensor not Programmed with Autel TPMS Tools: Autel MX-Sensor only Programmed with Autel TPMS tools! Note: Once programmed, the sensor's data can be learned/activated by any brand's TPMS tool. Underlying Vehicle Issues: A faulty TPMS ECU, damaged receiver antenna, wiring harness issues, or interference from other electronic modules can all bl0ck successful relearn.
Diagnose and fix the root cause first. Don't Skip the Basics: Before you assume the sensor is defective, confirm you're using Autel TPMS tool and your vehicle's TPMS system is actually healthy.

Autel MaxiCOM MK906 Pro-TS/MK906 Pro2-TS. Press-In Design & interchangeable rubber and metal valve stems. The exclusive Autel MX-Sensor is patented with press-release valve design, allowing rubber and metal sensor valves to freely interchange by hand, without requiring a tool for sensor head fitting.
Loosening the tire: Remove the valve cap and core and deflate the tire. Use the bead loosener to unseat the tire bead.
Dismounting the tire: Clamp the tire onto the tire changer, and adjust the valve at 1 o'clock relative to the tire separation head. Insert the tire tool and lift the tire bead onto the mounting head to dismount the bead.
Dismounting the sensor: Remove the cap, screw nut, and washer from the valve stem, and then remove the sensor assembly from the rim. Mounting sensor and valve: Firmly connect the valve stem and the sensor body. Remove the cap, screw nut, and washer from the valve stem one by one. Slide the valve stem through the valve hole of the rim with the sensor on the inside of the rim, assemble the two parts back on the stem in the order of washer, screw nut.
Tighten the screw nut with 4.0N·m with the help of the fixed rod, then assemble the cap back on the stem. Mounting the tire: Place the tire on the rim, make sure that the valve faces the separation head at an angle of 180.
Mount the tire over the rim. Will the MX-Sensor work with my vehicle? The Autel MX-Sensor is a universal TPMS sensor covering 98% of mainstream vehicles for Toyota, Honda, F0rd, B. Cars with Bluetooth sensors e. Modified vehicles or non-standard tires.
Why won't my TPMS tool program the MX-Sensor? The Autel MX-Sensor requires an Autel TPMS tool to complete programming, such as TS408S, TS508WF, or other compatible models. Why can't I read my MX-Sensor?
It has no ID, frequency, or protocol assigned yet. Blank sensors can't be read until they're programmed. Use your Autel TPMS tool to program the sensor first. Once programmed, it will communicate normally and display all data.
